The First Nations Business Showcase, held on Kaurna Country at the Adelaide Showgrounds on October 5, 2023, was an exhilarating event for the Ochre Dawn team. We were thrilled to be among the more than 120 businesses exhibiting at this remarkable gathering, thanks to the incredible efforts of The Circle First Nations Entrepreneur Hub.

Our team felt a tremendous sense of pride as we showcased our unique offerings alongside a diverse range of other deadly businesses, spanning from artists to native foods, construction to recruitment services, technology to skincare, and beyond. The event provided us with an extraordinary opportunity to connect with over a thousand procurement professionals, RAP project officers, and other eager buyers who were genuinely interested in our products and services.

Throughout the day, we were deeply moved by the vibrant display of First Nations cultures and innovations. Sharing our stories and products with attendees was an unforgettable experience and witnessing the resilience and creativity of fellow First Nations entrepreneurs was truly inspiring.

The Showcase also enabled us to expand our own supply chain, meeting First Nations businesses that we hadn’t connected with previously and now look forward to partnering together on future projects. We are immensely grateful for this opportunity and proud to be a part of the thriving First Nations business community in Australia.
