Director of Client Relations
Managing client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring exceptional service. Lead the Client Relations team, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process. Finance & Administration Officer
Generate regular financial reports and forecasts for the company as well as individual projects, offering insights and recommendations to senior management. Analyse company profitability data for strategic decision-making. Maintain project admin files and issue job numbers for new projects. Manage timesheet data entry, approval, and posting.
Project Coordinator
Coordinate a variety of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to gather project requirements and ensure smooth execution. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise.
